I'm kind of a self professed app queen. Seriously, I have 176 apps on my phone and I use them daily for just about everything. I have apps for editing photos, organization, social media, shopping, travel, games, etc. By far, the app that I use the most is my password keeper app, mSecure.
mSecure is a password keeper app like none other. It's like a having a secure, personal database right on your phone. In our modern, technical society we have to remember passwords for just about everything. I don't know about you, but I have so many account numbers and passwords for bank accounts, shopping websites, my kid's school, travel websites, doctors offices, pharmacies and countless others. Like many people, I used to store my passwords and account info either on a notepad, Excel spreadsheet file or just tried to remember them in my head. These unsecured methods were never handy when I needed them and most importantly, left me vulnerable to password theft. mSecure takes the headache out of remembering all my passwords and sensitive data with the added benefit of keeping them ultra safe.
mSecure uses ultra-secure 256bit blowfish encryption and is a highly rated by Cnet, PC Mag, and countless others. The app costs $9.99 and is available on both Apple and Android platforms. I know it may seem pricey for an app, but it is truly a lifesaver. It's the best $10 you'll ever spend. It's super user friendly and gives you the ability to store all sorts of information. Not only can I store account numbers, websites and passwords, but the app also helps me keep track of birthdays, my hubby's and kiddo's clothing sizes, frequent flyer info and so much more. You can even create categories to fit your own needs. Create groups to categorize your records, sort by name, type or date modified and mark any record as a favorite for quick access. The app syncs across any devices you have it downloaded on with Dropbox and iCloud so all your info is handy no matter how you're accessing it. I love that it has a password generator if you want to come up with a unique password for certain sites. It also has an auto-lock feature so if you forget to log out, your data remains secure.
I've been using mSecure for over 5 years and I'd be totally lost without it. As soon as I create a new account or password for something, I immediately enter the info into mSecure. No more forgetting my passwords or searching for account numbers. Everything is handy and secure right at my fingertips.
This is not a sponsored post. I truly use and love this app and wanted to share it with you all.
